Yes — one button in your billing settings. No retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
30-day, no-questions-asked refund on annual plans. Monthly plans don't refund (just cancel before renewal), but if something genuinely broke, email us.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Upgrade anytime — prorated to the day. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current cycle so you don't lose data you've paid for.
What counts as a 'scan'?
One full visibility check across all engines for one domain. ~24 prompts on free, up to your plan's tracked prompt count on paid plans.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No — the Free plan needs no card. Just sign up with your email and run scans.
What's a 'client workspace' on Pro?
A separate, fully isolated AI Rank Grow account you can brand with the client's logo and share with them — or keep private and just send PDF reports.
How does annual billing work?
You pay 10 months up-front (~17% off / '2 months free') and get the same product for 12. Refundable for 30 days. We don't auto-renew silently — you get an email 14 days before.
Where do you bill from? VAT?
We use Stripe. EU VAT, UK VAT, and US sales tax all handled. Invoices include your tax ID if you add it.
