Data we handle

AI and keyword providers

When you run a provider, the requested prompt and relevant site context are sent to the configured OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or keyword service. Each provider handles that request under its own terms and privacy policy. A provider is not contacted merely because you drafted a prompt.

Optional analytics

With your analytics consent, we count page views and browser visitors using a random browser identifier. Its hash is stored in daily records for up to 90 days, separately from your account; it is not linked to your email. Page counts remain as anonymous totals. Changing browsers or clearing storage can count you again. Google Analytics also loads, when configured, only after you accept the analytics preference. It may receive the page path, browser and device information, and basic usage events. AI prompts, researched domains, provider answers, and API keys are not sent as analytics fields. AI Rank Grow does not use advertising trackers.

Storage and security

Account and workspace data are stored on the service infrastructure so the private workspace can operate. Authentication and analytics preferences may use first-party cookies or local browser storage. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Billing

Customer billing is not active in the current private beta, so the service does not collect payment-card data.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics in the consent prompt. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account or workspace data, email [email protected] from the account address.

Changes and contact

This policy may change as the private beta develops. The updated date above will change when the policy does. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
