1. The agreement
By creating an account or using AI Rank Grow (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so on that company's behalf.
2. What you can do
- Scan domains you own, or domains your client has authorized you to scan.
- Scan public domains for competitive research, fair-use style.
- Build internal tools and dashboards on top of our API (within your plan's rate limits).
- Cancel anytime, for any reason, from your billing settings.
3. What you can't do
- Scrape AI Rank Grow itself, or attempt to extract our internal scoring logic.
- Resell our scans without an Agency plan that explicitly permits white-labeling.
- Abuse the API to overwhelm our infrastructure (we'll rate-limit and ban accounts that try).
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or otherwise harm third parties.
- Run scans on government, military, or other restricted domains where applicable laws prohibit doing so.
4. Billing & cancellation
- Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date each month. Annual plans renew yearly.
- You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- 30-day refund on annual plans, no questions asked. Monthly plans aren't refunded — just cancel before renewal.
- If our scans become impossible (e.g., AI providers shut down their APIs), we'll prorate-refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.
5. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime, monitored at status.airankgrow.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48h ahead. We owe SLA credits to Pro / Agency customers only, per the SLA in our Agency Plus contract.
6. Third-party AI engines
Scan accuracy depends on OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Perplexity APIs. Their availability, rate limits, and pricing can change. We absorb modest changes; if a major engine goes dark or becomes prohibitively expensive, we'll communicate, adjust, or pause that engine.
7. Intellectual property
You own your scan data. We own the Service (code, design, branding). You grant us a license to use your scan data internally to run and improve the Service. We don't train AI models on your data and we don't sell it.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as-is.” AI engine responses are non-deterministic; we make no promise that any specific brand will be cited or that scores will reach a specific threshold. The Fix List is informational, not professional SEO consulting; outcomes vary.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts for serious abuse (rate-limit abuse, harassment, fraud). We'll give 30 days' notice for any termination not caused by abuse, and refund any prepaid unused balance.
11. Changes
We'll email you about material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to small-claims court for amounts under $10K; otherwise, JAMS arbitration in Wilmington.
