1. Private beta
AI Rank Grow is an owner-use private beta. Customer subscriptions, paid plans, service-level agreements, and public API access are not currently offered.
2. Permitted use
You may research websites you operate or are authorized to review, and use public information for legitimate competitive research. Do not use the service to break laws, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, or harm other people.
3. Research results
AI answers vary by provider, model, account, location, and time. API responses can differ from consumer apps. Keyword and website checks can also be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Results are observations from specific runs, not a universal rank or a guarantee of traffic, mentions, or citations. Review the evidence before acting on it.
4. Third-party services
Some features call OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or a configured keyword service. Their availability, limits, output, and terms apply to those requests and can change independently of AI Rank Grow.
5. Your content and the service
You retain rights to content and research you provide. AI Rank Grow retains rights to its software, design, and branding. You grant the service the limited permission needed to store and process your data to provide the requested workflow.
6. Availability
The beta may change, pause, or lose a provider while it is being developed. It is provided as available, without a promised uptime or support response time.
